About the company:
Globally successful and continuously growing company, a world- leader in providing automation and intelligent process control solutions for customers mainly in chemical, petrochemical, nuclear and energy industries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and achieving the annual and quarterly sales targets within Russia. The responsibilities will include:

  • * Growing business in Russia by building up direct & indirect Sales
  • *Managing existing reseller
  • *Expanding and managing existing partner network in Russia
  • *Definition of future sales force organization and managing it to new business content
  • *Setting and establishing sales objectives and expense budgets
  • *Reviews analysis of sales volumes and potential, and develops strategies to accompany growth of business
  • *Identifies and determines process and productivity improvements to be made, ensuring successful implementation and completion.

The best candidate should have:

  • *University/ Bachelors Degree in technical discipline
  • *Fluent Russian and English
  • *Knowledge of Oil & Gas, Metallurgy, Chemical industries key players
  • *Proven track of record selling technical software, advanced automation, integrated manufacturing consulting and related services in an international context
  • *Experience in direct & indirect sales, into chemical, pharmaceutical, power industry verticals and other similar business segments
  • *Experienced leader able to lead a sales team
  • *Able to work under a project management mode
  • *Knowledge of automation business would be a great advantage
  • *Flexibility to travel
