Channel Sales Manager

Basic Requirements

• 5+ years of Channel Management experience operating in Russian & CIS with a proven track record of effective Partner recruitment, management and consistent over quota achievement.
• Able to demonstrate strong commercial and business acumen.
• Higher level of education, preferably to Bachelors/Masters degree level
• Attention to detail and strong problem solving, organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Highly motivated self-starter who is able to work well independently or in a team environment.
• Experience in interacting with individuals at all levels of an organization
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Flexible approach to work without a ‘9 to 5’ mentality,
• Familiar with working in an international environment.
• Superior written, communication and presentation skills in English Language
• Superior written, communication and presentation skills in Russian Language
• Results-driven and passionate about everything they do
• Willing to travel substantially within Russia & CIS
